The Pioneer Parent Child Teacher Organization (PcTO) is a parent and faculty organization designed to support and provide resources for the operation of Pioneer Elementary School. We have several fundraising activities during the year and use the funds raised to support student activities, enrichment opportunities and meet building and classroom supply needs.
