Request for Funds From PFC: This form is to be filled out by persons requesting funds/grants from the PFC. It should be completed and given to the Principal by the end of day Wednesday prior to a monthly PFC meeting. It will be included on the agenda that will be posted on this website by Friday before the monthly meeting. The person asking for funds will make the request at the PFC meeting and be able to answer questions regarding the need for funds. A written vote will take place at the meeting. Principal will notify requestor of decision after the meeting.
